Purpose of this policy

Directly from you (forms, email, phone, in-person meetings), automatically through website cookies where you consent, and from tools we use to deliver services (e.g. scheduling platforms you choose to connect).
Why we use information
- To respond to enquiries and deliver Activity & Rest Digital Planning services.
- To invoice, account, and meet tax obligations (including GST records).
- To maintain website security and improve usability (analytics only with consent).
- To send service-related communications; marketing only with consent or as permitted by the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data to trusted processors (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality, to professional advisers where required, or when compelled by New Zealand law. Overseas disclosure occurs only with appropriate safeguards or your authorisation, consistent with IPP 12.
Retention
- General enquiries: up to 24 months unless an engagement continues.
- Client contracts and invoices: up to seven years for tax purposes.

Our services target adults in workplace contexts. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without parental consent.
