Scope
This policy applies to paid Activity & Rest Digital Planning services supplied by Tendonneck in New Zealand.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you acquire services for personal or household use, they must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, be fit for purpose, and be completed within a reasonable time when no timeframe is set. Remedies may include re-performance or refund where guarantees are not met. Nothing here excludes those rights.
Cancellation before work starts
Written cancellation more than 10 business days before the first scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees minus third-party costs already incurred. Later cancellations may forfeit up to 50% to cover reserved planner time, unless otherwise stated in your quote.
Discovery session
The $195 Discovery fee is non-refundable once the call has taken place. If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Partial delivery
If an engagement ends early by mutual written agreement, fees are adjusted to milestones completed as documented in your statement of work.
Our cancellation
If we cannot deliver due to unforeseen capacity issues, you may choose a new date or a refund of unused prepaid amounts.
How to request a refund
Email business@tendonneck.world with your invoice reference. We acknowledge within three business days and process eligible refunds within 14 days to the original payment method.
Disputes
Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal (for eligible claims) or other New Zealand dispute resolution avenues applicable to your situation.
